Ingredients:
Sweet corn 2 cups
Pine nuts ¼ cups
Carrots 1 ½ cup
chopped
Green pepper 1 piece chopped
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Chicken extract ¼ tsp
Olive oil 1 ½ tbsp
Directions:
Heat the water to boil, and then add in the carrots and sweet corn. Keep them being boiled for 4 minutes;

Add in the green pepper.
After 1 minute, take them out of the wok and put into ice water to cool
everything down. Then drain the water.
Heat the oil in wok on middle level heat for about 30 seconds. Add in
pine nuts. Stir them frequently till the pine nuts become a little bit brown.
Add in all the ingredients from step 3 and keep stir to mix everything
well. Mix the corn starch, salt, chicken extract, and 3 tbsp water together.
Pour the mixture into wok, do more mixing.
When all the ingredients are well mixed, add more salt if it is needed. It’s
ready to serve.
