Part One
The recipe:
Material:
2 eggs, ¼ tsp soy sauce, 5 oz
water, cooked shrimp, sesame oil, salt
Steps:
- Get rid of the tail of the shrimps, chop them into small pieces;
- Break the eggs in the bowl, add in several drops of sesame oil and a pinch of salt, stir them gently for a while;
- Add in the water (room temperature), stir a bit more
- Put the bowl into the microwave, cook at high level heat for 1 minute, and middle level heat for 2 minutes ( you may need to adjust the time according to the power of your microwave)
- Take out the bowl, put the chopped shrimp at the top of the egg mixture, add in ¼ tsp soy sauce,
- Put the bowl back into the microwave and cook at middle level for more 30 seconds
- Take out the bowl, and it’s ready to serve
- P.S. You can switch the shrimp to sliced ham or any fried ground meat. It may also taste better if we add some green onion according your taste. :)
