Part One

The recipe:

Material:
2 eggs, ¼ tsp soy sauce,  5 oz water, cooked shrimp, sesame oil, salt
Steps:
  1. Get rid of the tail of the shrimps, chop them into small pieces;
  2. Break the eggs in the bowl, add in several drops of sesame oil and a pinch of salt, stir them gently for a while;
  3. Add in the water (room temperature), stir a bit more
  4. Put the bowl into the microwave,  cook at high level heat for 1 minute, and middle level heat for 2 minutes ( you may need to adjust the time according to the power of your microwave)
  5. Take out the bowl, put the chopped shrimp at the top of the egg mixture, add in ¼ tsp soy sauce,
  6. Put the bowl back into the microwave and cook at middle level for more 30 seconds
  7. Take out the bowl, and it’s ready to serve

    P.S.   You can switch the shrimp to sliced ham or any fried ground meat. It may also taste better if we add some green onion according your taste.  :)
